At Rikité, we ship every order with care to ensure your pieces arrive beautifully packaged and ready to wear.

Processing Time

• Pre-orders: Since Rikité collections are produced in limited runs, pre-ordered items will ship on the date specified at checkout or in your confirmation email.
• In-stock items: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Rates & Times

• We offer domestic and international shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days within Australia.
• International delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination.

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Order Shipping
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they will be shipped together once pre-order items are ready. If you’d like them shipped separately, please place two orders.
